The model files in this directory have been changed slightly since the
first MIDAS 3.1 distribution (on 10/8/97) with the addition or
modification of the INITIALIZE section.

The new models make it possible the re-read a file during a run of MIDAS
that includes a FOR statement in the CONTROL section. The new statements
simply reset the file pointer back to the beginning of the file.
